KRECO Qi2.0 MPP standard magnetic wireless charging module is a wireless charging product that meets the Qi2.0 certification standard.

It uses a panel composed of USB-C input line, circular PCB board, wireless charging coil, and magnet ring, which has magnetic connection, faster charging speed, higher efficiency, and greater convenience.

 

Appearance Analysis:

The magnetic wireless charging module consists of USB-C input line, circular PCB board, wireless charging coil, and magnet ring. It uses a USB-C line for power supply, which can be well adapted to various brands of fast chargers on the market, with a full PIN design of the USB-C male head. The measured cable length is about 109cm. The measured diameter of the PCB board is 44.3mm, and the maximum thickness is 5.09mm. The magnetic wireless charging coil has a magnetic circle diameter of 55mm and a thickness of 4.9mm. The overall weight of the module is about 48g. Using the EESON RX full-function test module 3 generation for testing, the results show that the power is 15W and the frequency is 360kHz, and the MPP function is normal.

Functional Analysis:

Looking at the front of the MPP wireless charging module PCBA, the power supply lead and wireless charging coil are soldered on the front of the PCB. The PCB is a single-sided layout, with no components soldered on the back, making it easy to assemble into module products. On the left side of the front of the PCB are the boost circuit and encryption IC; in the middle is the wireless charging main control; on the right side are the resonant capacitor, switching MOSFET, and wireless charging power bridge. The wireless charging main control is KRECO's customized Meixinsheng chip MT5815, which has a wide input voltage range of 3.8V to 30V that meets the WPC Qi specification V2.0 standard, and supports an embedded 32-bit ARM M0® processor with proprietary protocol. It has a QEC-100 certified 64KB e-Flash and 4KB SRAM, supports QC2.0/QC3.0, FCP/SCP, and USB PD fast charge power adapters. At the same time, it integrates three pairs of N-MOSFET drivers, precise low-side current sensing function for FOD and current mode demodulation, two high-performance PWM generation modules, each with six channels of PWM output, all with programmable dead-time control integrated 32kHz oscillator integrated for standby power monitoring and wake-up Watchdog support for 8MHz ~ 24MHz XTAL built-in 10-bit ADC for voltage, current, and temperature measurement.
