Every capacitor, every transformer, every semiconductor is logged with its manufacturer, batch number, and test results. If a component ever shows signs of abnormality, we can trace it back to its source within minutes. This traceability is the foundation of accountability — and the first line of defense against defects.

20 Inspection Checkpoints During Production

Throughout the production process, our products pass through 20 inspection checkpoints. These are not random spot checks. They are planned, documented, and enforced at every critical stage. Solder joints are inspected. Assembly alignment is verified. Electrical parameters are measured. Each checkpoint is a gate that defects must pass through — and most do not make it past the first few.

The Final Stress Test in Our Aging Room

Before any product leaves our factory, it faces the final challenge: the aging room stress test. Products are subjected to elevated temperatures and load conditions that simulate months of use in a compressed timeframe. Units that exhibit any drift, instability, or failure are flagged and removed. Only those that emerge from the aging room with stable performance are cleared for shipment.

Near-Perfection at PPM Levels

We do not aim for pass. We aim for near-perfection at PPM levels — parts per million. That means fewer than a handful of defects per million units produced. This is not a theoretical target.
