The function and principle of ventilator
- Function:
o Ventilators can prevent and treat respiratory failure, reduce complications, and save and prolong patients' lives.
In modern medicine, ventilators have been widely used for respiratory failure due to various causes, anesthetic respiratory management during major surgery, respiratory support treatment, and emergency resuscitation.

- Principle:
A ventilator delivers oxygen, or a mixture of gases, to the patient's lungs by creating a certain flow of gas in order to achieve gas exchange, that is, delivering oxygen to the blood while removing carbon dioxide from the body.

The working process of the ventilator simulates the natural breathing process of the human body, but because it is a mechanical device, the flow, pressure and concentration of the gas can be precisely controlled to meet the specific needs of the patient.
